Riser Pipe Inspection with Robotic PAUT

Delta Engineering (Myanmar) Co., Ltd personnel have experience of performing riser pipe inspection using robotic technic in PAUT/TOFD services. We are certified by ASNT, BINDT and CSWIP Phased Array Level II.

COMMERCIAL DIVING

Our divers are professionals to the core, well-trained and fully equipped for the job. Each team is headed by a qualifying Diving Supervisor, supported by a crew of experienced marine technicians.

INDUSTRIAL ROPE ACCESS

We provide access to areas at heights where erection of scaffolding is not cost effective or feasible to install. Some of the state-of-the -art services include: Inspection, Repair and Maintenance (IRM), Load Tests, Drop Surveys and Lift Gear Inspections.

Marine Inspection

ULTRASONIC THICKNESS MEASUREMENT

Our expert technical staff performs ultrasonic thickness gauging onboard vessels such as bulk carriers, general cargos, containers, tankers, LPG carriers, LNG vessels, chemical tankers, Oil Rigs, FPSO vessels and drill ships for class surveys.

Bottom PTI Inspection

Bottom Shell Pits occurs mostly in Oil Storage Tanks which contains contamination that corrodes the tanks bottom. Inspection shall be carried out by checking pitting corrosion in each bay, mapping the extent and individual pits, measuring the depth of pits by a depth gauge/Ultrasonic gauging.

Voyage Inspection

To avoid staging cost, rafts and boats may be used for the survey of the under-deck structures of cargo oil tanks and ballast tanks. We are able to supply inspectors to accompany the vessel on voyage and carry out inspection onboard.

INVENTORY OF HAZARDS MATERIALS

An IHM is an integral part of the Hong Kong Convention, adopted by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in 2009. This convention stipulates that every ship must have an inventory of hazardous materials onboard. This convention was designed to make certain that ships and offshore platforms are dismantled without any risk to people or the environment. The IHM has the added advantage of improving safety while vessels are in use.

Our Qualification

CTI Marine Services is the Australian Maritime Safety Authority accepted provider for Inspection, Laboratory testing and Reporting of asbestos containing materials. We are the worldwide 1st IHM service provider approved by ABS, also one of the oldest (9+ years) by BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, RINA, CCS, with excellent track records, accepted by Class NK. Our reports have always been approved by the flag state, classification societies upon the first submission for issuance of the IHM certificate till date.
